The course
No course maps for this race. SuperTri publishes no downloadable route for any leg of this race, so there is nothing to draw a course map from. Everything below comes from the official course page, checked on the date at the foot of this section.
Capability Brown's Great Lake in front of the Palace, sheltered and calm. Sprint swims 750m, SuperSprint 400m. Both distances run on both days of the weekend.
19.8km for the Sprint on closed parkland roads inside the estate, 13.3km for the SuperSprint. Note it is 19.8km rather than the 20km a sprint usually implies.
5.4km through the Palace grounds for the Sprint, 2.9km for the SuperSprint. Again both are slightly over the round numbers people assume.
