Choose a race that fits your life, not your ego.

The independent race-selection system for age-group athletes. Tell us what matters, see why each race fits, inspect the underlying evidence, then carry your choice into a training road.

These are suitability signals, not difficulty promises. Every race is scored separately for first-timer suitability, PB potential, swim confidence, bike forgiveness and atmosphere. Evidence confidence is shown independently so missing facts never improve a race's ranking.

How the Index works

Course evidence

Official course sources, verification dates, swim setting, terrain and known gaps.

Athlete fit

Your goal, experience, weakest discipline, available hours and chosen distance change the ranking.

Honest uncertainty

Weather and courses change. Low-confidence data is labelled, and every card links to its source-backed guide.

What Unbroken is building toward

From race fit to preparation patterns that actually activate athletes.

“Athletes with eight hours per week, a weak swim and a first-time finishing goal tend to commit to these races, and these are the preparation patterns associated with successful activation.”

That is the standard we are building toward. Today, athlete fit is modelled from your stated constraints and verified course evidence. Observed cohort findings will only be published when sample sizes are sufficient, small groups are suppressed and modelled signals remain clearly separated from real behaviour. No individual athlete is exposed.
